Pay Your Way
You will receive a substantial DISCOUNT
by paying on the date of service where insurance is not billed. We accept major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. Payment is expected on the date of service.
However, if you have insurance please check with the member services, which is often listed on the back of the card, to see if we are in network. We accept many insurance plans, including standard Medicare. Co-pays are expected on date of service.
